       How do I Return?

• Visit our Return Center Return Center
   
•                Enter your order number and email to start
   
•                Follow the instructions and item(s) you want to return
   
•                Once your request is approved you will get an email confirmation and shipping                  guidelines
   

       What Items are returnable?

•                Only items purchased online, not from art or craft shows
   
•                Within 30 days of the date of purchase
   
•                In unused and resalable condition
   
•                In original package with all tags intact
   

       What Items are not refundable?

•                Discounted Items
   

       What if the Item I received is Damaged?

•                Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date
   

       Can Items be exchanged?

•                We allow exchanges for purchased items for selected variants
   
•                Once the exchanged request is approved, the item to be exchanged is returned,                  the new item will be shipped to you.
   

       What are the refund options?

       The following refund options are supported:

•                Refund to the original payment method
   
•                Refund to sore credit (if applicable)
   

       How soon will I receive my refund?

•                Once your returned item is received and inspected you will receive an email
   
•                You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund request
   
•                If approved, your refund will be processed 5-7 working days after approval
